Weekly Check-ins: We look at the full picture from the prior week and the week ahead. We pre-plan how we are going to tackle any obstacles that may get in her way.
1:1 Monthly Strategy Call: These aren't just "How are you?" chats. These are high-level performance reviews where we look at the data, adjust the "map," and plan for upcoming holidays, social events or work travel.
Private Messaging access (Mon–Fri 8-7): Direct access to me via messaging function in Everfit app.
Food journal feedback: I look at what you are eating to provide insightful feedback and suggestions on positive changes that can be made.
Meal ideas: Not a concrete plan, just sound nutritional guidance with meal ideas tailored to your preferences and the time you have available.
Form Analysis feedback via video: If you would like form feedback on any of your training, send me a video and I’ll provide practical guidance.
